With over 25 years of experience in the premium and luxury industry, Lars Jung-Larsen has set his footprint globally with proven track record of success in leading top brands such as Hugo Boss, Georg Jensen, and Hourglass Cosmetics, and has lived and worked in culturally diverse environments around the world, including Copenhagen, Germany, Hong Kong, London, and Dubai.
Throughout his career, Lars has gained extensive experience in a wide range of luxury brand categories, including fashion, design, interior, jewellery, and beauty. His visionary thinking and strategic mindset have enabled him to build and grow successful brands on an international level.
Lars has received numerous accolades throughout his career, including being honoured by the Chinese government in 2003 for making Hugo Boss a household name, and receiving the title of "Copenhagen Goodwill Ambassador" from the Danish Prince Joachim in 2011. As a Copenhagen Goodwill Ambassador, he serves as a senior management voluntary advisory board member, helping to promote the city as a fashion, design, architectural, and gastronomic capital in Europe, through PR, events, and destination marketing programs.
In addition to his wealth of experience in the luxury industry, Lars holds an Ivey Business School MBA, further demonstrating his expertise in business strategy and management. His entrepreneurial spirit and extensive international exposure reinforce his standing as an accomplished industry expert.

He has successfully achieved double-digit sales growth with Hugo Boss, Hermès, and The Bicester Collection.
He has also crafted unique projects for El Corte Inglés, Meliá Hotels International, and retail projects for F&B. His curiosity has driven projects in user behavior analysis through AI and Data Science.
